Located at the Sierra de Carap in Maldonado and less than an hour from Jose Ignacio, Sacromonte houses an exclusive, boutique retreat with only 4 casitas, which they call "Shelters". Its vineyard is nestled in the rolling hills of Maldonado in an idyllic landscape. Sacromonte is close enough to the main attractions of Punta del Este and Jose Ignacio, the most exclusive seaside resort in South America, but also far enough away to take refuge from it!

Both social and environmental sustainability are among the fundamental blocks of Sacromonte. They care for nature and all its resources available at their farm, such as water, soil, and energy. They use waste water treatment bio-digestors, follow eco-friendly agricultural practices, manage two organic gardens, and have used eco-friendly elements and construction methods in the shelters.
