For all bookings in a Deluxe Suite or above, a personal chauffeur-driven Rolls Royce or Mercedes-Benz is included for up to 5 hours per day throughout the stay, along with a range of other benefits, including 24-hour butler service. 

• The chauffeur service must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance of the desired start time

• A private chauffeur driven Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan or V-Class minivan for your exclusive use daily (up to 5 hours, excluding the day of departure)

• Your choice of one of the following bespoke Café Royal experience:
  • Three-course dinner for two prepared by our Executive Chef and served in the privacy of your suite (Once per stay)
  • A personalised bar set up in your suite upon arrival
  • A 60-minute Akasha massage of your choice for two (once per stay)
  • Royal Nanny approved Children’s Trunk featuring games, activities and more

Terms & Conditions:

Terms and conditions apply, the suite inclusions are available for all direct bookings or rates booked via your preferred travel advisor, includes unlimited mileage and distance, no minimum length of stay required. Inclusions are based on the room type booked and do not apply to complimentary upgrades. The chauffeur service is included for all days of the stay except for the day of departure and does not include airport transfers. The chauffeur service must be booked at least 24-hours before the required start time. The self-drive supercar option is available only for bookings staying from 1st April 2024 to the end of the year 2024.
