True to its name, Cocina del Mar prepares wholesome, deeply satisfying dishes that celebrate the sea surrounding you on all sides. It’s a rarefied dining experience that inspires lingering past sunset as you feast on charred octopus, grilled grouper in a raw-ripe tomato sauce, and lobster fettuccine while basking in the rhythm of the waves and the glow of lantern light. For Chef Guillermo Gomez, one of the joys of working at Cocina del Mar has been the chance to cook totoaba, a large and flavorful fish found only in the northern part of the Sea of Cortez. His salt-encrusted totoaba comes with confit tomato, onion, corn, and kale—and an equally salty sea breeze. It’s his tip for a must-order dish.
At La Palapa savor authentic Mexican dishes from vibrant ceviches to crisp tacos or take in one of our weekly themed offerings, including Burger Day and Ramen Flair, cooked in our open-air exhibition kitchen. The mood is beachy casual and open daily for lunch and dinner.
La Terraza Americana is situated steps from our infinity-edge pool, this casual outdoor spot serves salads including an avocado- and kale-packed superfood salad, sandwiches, soups and other light lunch fare.
Las Estrellas, surrounded by a pool and lush gardens, this family-friendly restaurant serves up wood-fired pizza, homemade bruschetta, along with traditional dishes with a Mexican seafood twist. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Located at our Deluxe Villas at Esperanza.
